Has something ever had such a positive impact in your life that you just wanted to share it with everyone around you? Well, that is what happened when we transitioned to a vegan lifestyle and if you are already a vegan yourself I’m sure you can attest to the feeling. So in 2019 we decided to align our passions for health and fitness with our vegan lifestyle and well, here we are! Our vision for The Healthy Habit is to create a space where we can help, inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals and develop a positive relationship with health, fitness and nutrition.

Your Online Vegan Fitness Coach

What does our fitness coaching involve? We start every program with a free no-obligation consultation to make sure we are the right fit for each other. During the call we will discuss your personal goals and your past relationship with fitness. From there we will come up with a tailored plan to how as a team we will get you the results you are looking for! This will of course include full programming and instruction, with regular check-ins to ensure not only results, but to provide the extra accountability and support we all need.

Vegan Meal PLanning & Vegan Nutrition Coaching

This isn’t a template! We work with you to figure out exactly what will work to get you where you want to be. After our initial consultation we will create a customised vegan meal plan designed to get you results. We will take everything into consideration from your food favourites to your macros and current training regimes. And we know diets don’t work! So we use our meal plans as a starting point and over the course of our time working together we will coach you from your structured meal plan to a place where? have developed the healthy habits and feel confident, informed and empowered to make the right choices on your own.

Not ready to step in the gym just yet? Or are you simply finding you don’t have the time? We offer 1-2-1 online training sessions via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime.?

Our sessions are developed on an individual basis and we will write you programming to get you real results even if all you have to work with is your own bodyweight.?

Over time if you feel you are ready or would like to transition to a gym environment, we can amend your training program accordingly.??

    I started with Tyler as my personal trainer 8 months ago, not knowing what to expect or whether I'd achieve the results I wanted.     My confidence with working out has grown massively since I started training and I feel so comfortable with Tyler. He is so patient, understanding, motivating and kind.
