Group TRAINING
We are often asked about group training opportunities. This is something we do and we are happy to discuss options. Please schedule a call to discuss your specific requirements. This can be group variations of our online coaching for fitness and nutrition or group online personal training sessions.
Coaching to abilities
We understand that starting a new fitness routine can be very overwhelming. Many of our clients have had no previous experience in fitness and just getting started can seem like a lot. It is okay! We have all been there and that is why we ensure we have a full understanding of our clients abilities and experience prior to any workout programming or training sessions. We 100% coach to our clients’ abilities.
Nutrition & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We have experience working with clients from all walks of life. We specialise in coaching vegan clients, but are happy to work with our omnivore friends or those just transitioning to a more plant-based diet. We can also tailor your plan to suit any other dietary requirements or allergens. *Gluten Allergies, *Nut Allergies, *Dairy Allergies and More… Please get in touch to discuss your specific needs.
Bodyweight or heavy weights
Our programs are designed to suit each individual client. Not only will our workouts be customised to match your goals, but we will also take into account any equipment you have to work with. No equipment? No worries! People are often surprised at what we can achieve using only bodyweight and common household items/furniture.
