We like to shop local and I’m sure you do to, sometimes it is just nice to have a local personal trainer who can meet you at the park or in an outdoor space to help you work on your fitness goals! So unfortunately right now we can’t meet in the gym due to government regulations and guidelines, but we will happily meet you in person at a park or in any suitable outdoor space. Our individual training sessions last an hour and include both your warm-up and your cool-down.
